Once we’ve completed your consultation and built your treatment plan, it’s time for your dental implant procedure. You’ll arrive at our office in Saratoga Springs, NY, and meet with Dr. Tiffany O’Brien who will administer your preferred sedation option so you can rest comfortably throughout your procedure. Dr. Tiffany O’Brien will begin by performing any necessary tooth extractions or bone grafting and then place your dental implants at a 45-degree angle into your jawbone utilizing our Sitwell 6 protocol. Once your dental implants are placed, we will create a temporary restoration to attach to your implants.

Over the next 3-6 months, your dental implants will heal through a process of osseointegration where your implants will fuse with your jawbone. Once healed, Dr. Tiffany O’Brien will create your final restoration - a custom-milled restoration designed to match your other teeth perfectly - and attach them to your dental implants so you can enjoy a beautiful, healthy, and permanent smile for the rest of your life!
